ChartMkr is an AI-assisted chart generation platform. We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activities. You may not interfere with the Service, attempt to access non-public areas, or use the Service to distribute malware or violate others’ rights.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or submit. You grant ChartMkr a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use and upload your content.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying results before relying on them for any decision.

7. Payments and Merchant of Record

When you purchase a paid plan, payments may be processed by our Merchant of Record (Creem). Your transaction may also be subject to Creem’s terms and policies.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Subscription management and refund requests are handled through the Creem Customer Portal. If you need help, contact support. We aim to respond to customer requests within 3 business days.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChartMkr disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
